Dynamic Health IT offers support that is customized to meet your needs and budget. Typically, there are three levels of support:
As-Needed Support: This is the most economical option for do-it-yourselfers or experienced interface engineers. We provide the software with as-needed email support. Simple product-related questions and troubleshooting tips are available at no charge to licensed TIE users. A bank of hours can be purchased for more in-depth product inquiries and support and for assistance solving your integration problems.
We Develop, You Monitor: We install TIE on your server, build your interfaces and manage your interface projects. You handle day-to-day activities and Tier 1 support. We are available (24x7 option) for Tier 2 support.
Complete Outsourcing: We can build, monitor and troubleshoot your TIE installation and interfaces. We can optionally manage your interface projects, or we can act as your technical interface resource. 24x7 support is optional for mission-critical applications.
